Today is National Eggs Benedict Day. I know that because the Food Channel is always on at my house. (I gave up QVC for Lent, big mistake) The rest of the world doesn't seem to know that it's National Eggs Benedict Day. There are no flags out, no parades, no presents.

ok Toni, I am going to try to learn this blogging thing along with you. Did not know what a special day this is. I have never been a fan of Hollandaise sauce. Sauces in general don't do much for me..unless you add the cousin, gravy to the category. Give me some good ole, peppery cream gravy any day.
