My aunt had a stroke about 7 weeks ago and life may never be the same. No joke. Since my parents died young, I've never had to deal (much) with hospitals, rehab (well, non-drinking ones), doctors, nurses, more rehab (also non-drinking), Medicare, supplemental insurance policies, and on and on.
OMG. If it hadn't been for the Casey Anthony trial and all that family's disfunction, I might have gone off the deep end over my own family.
What, there's a family with more trouble than mine? Whew!
